Step #1 - Create your postback URL

Log in to your PropellerAds Advertiser Account, click the Tracking section.


Your PropellerAds postback URL is created automatically.

Step #2 - Add PropellerAds as your traffic source on Binom

Log in to your Binom account, choose the Traffic sources tab and click the Create button then click the Load from template button.

Then, find and select PropellerAds from Traffic source templates.

Binom will pre-populate all the necessary traffic source settings.

Don’t forget to change “REPLACE” to your IDs from postback URL that we created in Step #1 and can be found on Tracking screen in your PropellerAds advertiser’s account.

Please note, you need to insert your actual aid & tid, otherwise your conversions will not be tracked correctly!

 

After completing all replacements, click Save to store your PropellerAds settings in Binom (if you want to make any changes - select your traffic source from the list and click Edit button).

You can use additional placeholders (tokens) in order to track your traffic in the most efficient way. A full list of our tokens could be found via the link.

Please note that the following tokens could be installed manually in your PropellerAds postback URL accordingly:

{browserversion}- Version of the user’s browser

{countryname}- Name of the user’s country

{region} - Name of the user’s region

{useragent}- User’s raw user-agent

{connection.type} - User’s connection type

Step #3 - Generate the postback URL on Binom

To get notified about conversions from affiliate network you need to generate the Postback URL on Binom containing the "CLICK ID" and add it to the affiliate network panel.

Please refer Binom Knowledge Base to find out how to add affiliate networks, offers and generate the postback URLs.

Once you get your Binom’ Postback URL, paste it to your affiliate network panel to pass data about conversions from affiliate network to Binom.  

If you are experiencing any problems - contact your affiliate network support.

In order to initiate a campaign, you have to create an Offer and a Landing accordingly. Please refer to the manuals below to get more information regarding the installation process.

Step #4 - Set up the Campaign on Binom

Click Campaigns tab, then press Create to open the new campaign configuration menu.

Name your campaign then select "PropellerAds" as the Traffic source and dill out all other mandatory fields.

Once you’ve finished setting-up your campaign’s destination paths click the Save button.

This will create a new campaign within the campaigns list and also generate the Campaign URL needed to direct traffic to.

You can also check the integration with tracker in the Tracking section of your PropellerAds account:

  1. Go back to PropellerAds
  2. Navigate to the Tracking section
  3. Add the Binom campaign

4. Click the Check URL button

5. Check the conversion tracking

  • Click the Banner

You will navigate to a page where you should click on another banner

  • Generate a test conversion

Binom will fire the PropellerAds postback URL

  • Check if the conversion was recorded by PropellerAds

Step #5 - Set up the Campaign on PropellerAds

Log in to your PropellerAds advertiser account, click the Campaigns tab and then Create Campaign button (or edit one of your existing campaigns).

Paste the Campaign URL with all parameters from Binom campaign settings and paste it as Target URL for your campaign on PropellerAds.

Binom tracker does not track CPM but only CPC, so in order to track CPM cost from PropellerAds you should chose CPC model in Binom and CPM in PropellerAds, as an example: if CPM is $1 so the CPC should be 0.001 in Binom
