How to integrate conversion tracking with ROIBest

This guide explains, step by step, how to set up S2S tracking so that PropellerAds can track conversions (such as installs, registrations, or purchases) within ROIBest.


Step #1 - Create your Postback URL in PropellerAds

  1. Log in to your PropellerAds Account and click the Tracking tab.

Your PropellerAds postback URL is created automatically. Copy it from your PropellerAds dashboard.

Do not edit this URL. Copy it exactly as it appears.

Step #2 - Add the Postback URL in ROIBest

  1. Log in to ROIBest.

  2. Go to Ad Pixel (left menu).
    ​

  3. Select the PropellerAds tab.

  4. Click + S2S Tracking.
    ​

  5. Fill in the following fields:
    ​
    ​Tracking Name → Any internal name (e.g., “PropellerAds Campaign”)
    ​Trigger Timing → Select the event that should trigger conversion
    ​CPA Value → Enter the payout value

    S2S Callback URL → Paste the Postback URL from Step 1
    ​Optional: Configure Goal2 or Goal3 for additional conversion events

6. Click Save.

Supported Trigger Events in ROIBest

  • visit

  • install

  • register

  • purchase

  • charge_success

⚠ Important:
Make sure ROIBest receives these events correctly from your app or system.

If ROIBest does not receive events, conversions cannot be sent to PropellerAds.


Step #3 - Сreate the Promo Link in ROIBest

You now need to connect your ROIBest Promo Link as a Target URL to a campaign in PropellerAds.

  1. Go to the Promo Link in ROIBest.
    ​

  2. Create a new Promo Link or select an existing one with the correct landing page.
    ​

  3. Copy the generated link.
    ​


Ensure the visitor_id parameter is equal to the PropellerAds macro ${SUBID} to capture the click ID.
Example: https://your.roibest-promo-link.com/xxxx?visitor_id=${SUBID}

Step #4: Add the Target URL(Promo Link from ROIBest ) to the PropellerAds Campaign

  1. Create a new campaign in PropellerAds or edit an existing one.

  2. Paste the ROIBest Promo Link into the Target URL field.


3. Complete campaign setup in PropellerAds

4. Save and launch the campaign.


Step #5 - Check your conversion tracking settings (optional but recommended)

Once you've set up your conversion tracking path, you may check if your settings are correct.

  1. Click the Tracking tab in your PropellerAds account, and choose the Test conversion section.

  2. Copy the Тarget URL with all parameters from the PropellerAds campaign settings, paste it into the field marked on the screenshot below, and click the Create test banner button.

  3. Once a test banner appears, click it to follow your conversion funnel and make a test conversion.


Please make sure all postback URLs and settings are correctly configured on the test conversion tab.
