All campaigns undergo moderation before launch (pre-moderation) or after launch (post-moderation).
PropellerAds moderators are checking campaigns according to our policy rules.
PropellerAds doesn't allow the promotion of sites detected as malware.
If your campaign was rejected for such reason, you will see the information in your account in the campaign's status.
Click on the question mark to see the reason.
“Malware,” short for "malicious software," refers to any software specifically designed to harm a computer. Malware can steal sensitive information (like credit card numbers or passwords) or even send fake emails from a user's email account, often without the user's knowledge. It includes viruses, worms, spyware, and Trojan horses.
What to do if the campaign gets suspended for malware?
Clean up your campaign: remove malware links from your trackers, landings, and offers.
Check your link via popular anti-virus services, and make sure that Google does not flag your domain.
Resend the campaign to moderation.
Please see the PropellerAds Policy rules for the advertising campaigns to avoid rejections in the future.
