Propeller Priority Program is a benefit program for advertisers. It aims to support and build the loyalty of our most devoted clients by providing rewards.
In this article, we will describe how it works and what benefits you can get from Priority Program.
All registered advertisers are enrolled in the Propeller Priority program - you get the benefits automatically once you qualify for a certain level.
The program includes 4 grades depending on spending:
💎 Green – the monthly spend is from $0 to $500.
💎 Silver – the monthly spend is from $500 to $5000
💎 Gold – the monthly spend is from $5000 to $15000
💎 Platinum – the monthly spend is from $15000+
To check out which category you’re in, log in to your PropellerAds account, click on the Profile icon at the top right corner, and you will see your current level in the Priority program.
You can also check your level on the “Propeller Priority” tab (https://partners.propellerads.com/#/priority).
We aim to support all active clients so that there are different downtime periods for each level. Propeller checks the status that unlocks within 1-3 days, but as for the downtime period - each level has its grace period:
Silver level - downtime period is 30 days
Gold level - downtime period is 60 days
Platinum level - downtime period is 90 days.
Each level has a sub-list of features you can use once you unlock every new grade.
Below is a short list of the advantages that are growing as your level in the program increases:
Low balance notifications start from the Silver level.
You can launch more new campaigns per day as your level grows.
Priority campaign moderation and priority support line for Gold and Platinum level advertisers.
Customized targeting settings for higher levels to make the campaigns more precise.
Higher-level advertisers are among the first to gain access to the new ad formats, products, and SSP platform features.
Contacts of the assigned Personal Manager can be found in the advertiser account for Gold and Platinum levels. These advertisers can get additional managed services, such as help with creatives and ad optimization.
Platinum advertisers can receive a TEMPORARY credit line to avoid campaigns getting stopped due to zero balance.
